    4. YEARLY PLAN Coordinate with all departments Corporate Sales, Marketing, PR, Coach, Players, Wives, Cheerleaders, Youth outreach Games – preseason, postseason Training camp Tickets, sideline passes, parking (buses) Chart per game (tickets, passes, Video, VIPs)

    5. FUNDRAISERS Different from corporate events Plan 6 months out Need total buy-in from all departments Sponsorships, media, invitations and programs

    6. TEAM PROGRAMS Planning Partnerships Implementation

    7. DELEGATE! Clear job descriptions Chart of responsibilities Binders with tabs! Weekly reports (emails or meetings) Wrap-ups and evaluations

    8. BINDERS AND REPORTS Fact sheet Tabs for details, location, contracts, catering, music, invitations and programs, sponsors (letters), signage, sign-ups (online), thank yous, budget, evaluations

    9. DONATIONS, AUCTIONS Clear guidelines Geographic area 501(c)3 (no individuals) Only one per organization per year Levels of giving – coaches, owners, schools Templates for declines Track response to donations – $ received

    10. PROGRAMS Apply for national grants Involve the media – publicizing and judging

    11. USE PARTNERS AND VOLUNTEERS School Districts – understand their structure Strategic partners – PIE, VIP United Way Red Cross Stadium Drives Youth groups
