  3. วัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม (Behavioral Objective) เมื่อนักศึกษาเรียนจบวิชานี้แล้วจะสามารถ • อธิบายหลักการของระบบการผลิตอัตโนมัติต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง • วิเคราะห์ระบบการผลิตอัตโนมัติในการผลิตต่างๆได้อย่างถูกต้อง • อธิบายหลักการของการผลิตแบบยืดหยุ่น หุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม และระบบการขนถ่ายและการจัดเก็บอัตโนมัติ • อธิบายหลักการของ CIM ได้อย่างถูกต้องและการประยุกต์ใช้ในการผลิตแบบอัตโนมัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง
