  7. Upgrade of the EUCEG components ETRUSTEX web interface (v.2.1.11) • Addition of 2 new features • A banner to inform the users in advance of any future maintenance or important event. Important notice for all e-TrustEx users: Starting with the next version of e-TrustEx Web Access (2.10.0), which is intended to be released in May 2017, only Java version 7 or higher will be supported.Please make sure that you upgrade the current Java version on your PC to version 7 or higher before the end of April 2017.   8. Upgrade of the EUCEG components ETRUSTEX web interface (v.2.1.11) • Improvement of the response messages sent by the EUCEG system. Previous version of the message EUCEG-GATEWAY RESPONSE: New version (Subject : file name and status [ERROR] or [SUCCESS]) 8

  13. Additional submission types • Submission types currently active: 1. New product 2. Substantial modification 7. Corrections  Submission type 7 (corrections) is currently used in a wider sense (i.e.. adding/removing product presentations, changing product information, annual sales update…) 13

Product modification leading to a new Product ID number (previously named Substantial modification) 3. Add presentation 4. Remove presentation 5. Update of existing product information 6. Additional submission types What will change ? • The submission process will remain the same for the additional submission types • The entire file has to be re-submit with the correct submission type Please note that each submission type must be used for a certain purpose, if changes are made elsewhere the submission file may not be taken into account by authorities. 15

XML Creator 1.2.0 • Current version 1.1.3 • Next version 1.2.0 -> foreseen delivery date mid- April • Business rules alignment with the EUCEG gateway (validation) • New submission types integration + disclaimer • Performance (a new option to load the data has been added to avoid a system crash -> next version of the XML creator will integrate a real pagination mechanism) • Migration process improved 18

  19. EUCEG - Next steps • ETRUSTEX web interface version with java 7 only and version with the replacement of the java applet • Follow-up the upgrade of e-delivery Domibus releases This road map is indicative and it is based on DIGIT road map
