Awad Rasras Loves To Travel To New Destinations A Mathematics Associate Professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College, Louisville, Awad Rasras is a highly qualified and professional individual. He has 25 years of experience in teaching Mathematics and is recognized for his thorough knowledge of the field. He loves to travel as it gives him an opportunity to explore new places and sceneries. To stay fit and healthy, he likes to involve himself in various activities such as walking, running and cycling on regular basis. Moreover, he is also passionate about reading and dedicates most of his free time to pursue this habit.

  3. Academic Qualifications Awad Rasrashas studied in reputed colleges and universities such as the University of Kansas and Texas Woman’s University. He completed his B.S. in Mathematics in 1978 and thereafter attended Texas Woman’s University to pursue his MA degree in Mathematics. He completed his Master of Arts in Education from the University of Kansas in the year 1985. Awad Rasras joined the Jefferson Community and Technical College, Louisville, KY in 1987 and has been serving the college since then.

Founded in 1915 and headquartered in Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C., the society publishes many journals, including The American Mathematical Monthly, Mathematics Magazine, The College Mathematics Journal, Math Horizons and MAA Focus.  The KYMATYC is a recognized statewide organization that allows teachers of mathematics (on college level) and other individuals who have an interest in Mathematics, to become its members.
