1. About us In the early 1980’s, Randy and Eva Adams bought their first screening plant and started screening and delivering topsoil as a way to keep their small fleet of dump trucks busy when work was quiet. 25 years later we are still screening and delivering topsoil, but we have expanded and grown into Waterloo Region’s largest full service landscape supply company. We operate with one goal: to make landscaping projects easy. Whether you are a homeowner thinking about a DIY project or looking for some mulch or soil for your gardens, or a professional contractor working on small residential or large commercial work; we have the materials you need, the advice you’re looking for and the capacity to get it all to your site. When you undertake a project, large or small, we will get you to work fast and eliminate the entire extra time spent sourcing product and hunting for answers or advice. Our materials are sourced from across the province and internationally. We are constantly searching to bring even more quality and variety to our offering. Our inventory, though overwhelming at times, is always available for your viewing. We aim to provide you with what you want from landscaping materials to soils, mulches, lighting and more. We take great pride in our service and expertise and all of our staff is always here to assist you however we can from your initial questions to the delivery of your materials. When it comes time for delivery you can count on our fleet. No landscape supplier in the Region can compete with our fleet. Whether it is one yard of mulch in a tight spot delivered by pickup truck or a full trailer load of armor stone delivered by flatbed, we will deliver service you won’t believe. Soils and Mulches ½” Screened Topsoil Native soil screened to ½” with some small rock content. Ideal for grading and as a base for sodding as it is a heavier soil that avoids settlement. Available in bulk for delivery. 1/4” Screened Topsoil General purpose soil with minimal rock content. Excellent for final grading or lawn repair. Can be used for seeding. Available in bulk and cubic yard bags for delivery or in bulk for pick up.

3. Mulches Freshly ground bark mulch with natural brownish red color. Ages to darker brown. Available in bulk, cubic yard bag and Adams Easy Bag for delivery or in bulk and Adams Easy Bag for pick up. Cedar Mulch Golden brown with cedar aroma. Fibrous texture knits together making it a great choice for hills or windy areas. Available in bulk, cubic yard bag and Adams Easy Bag for delivery or in bulk and Adams Easy Bag for pick up. Hemlock Mulch Natural reddish brown color ages to a darker brown. Available in bulk, cubic yard bag and Adams Easy Bag for delivery or in bulk and Adams Easy Bag for pick up.

4. Composted Pine Mulch Natural pine bark composted 1-2 years. Dark brown to black in color. Low pH and high organic matter improves subsoil. Available in bulk only for pick up or delivery. Colour Select RED or BLACK Dry ground hardwood . Durable and vibrant colour. Available in bulk, cubic yard bag and Adams Easy Bag for delivery or in bulk or Adams Easy Bag for pick up. 5. Delivery Options Because each job varies, we offer all of our soil, mulches, decorative stones, and gravels in various delivery ways to suit all our customer’s needs. Our trucking fleet consists of various sizes of dump trucks, flatbeds, and pick-up trucks along with machinery ranging from forklifts and skid steers to front end loaders and screening plants. You can be assured that when it comes time to deliver a product we have the resources to get it there. Our delivery options service multiple areas, including Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Stratford and surrounding areas. Delivery options consist of bulk materials dumped loose in your driveway from a dump truck, 1 cubic yard bags delivered by our flatbed truck, and our Adams Easy Bags delivered right to your backyard. All of our landscape materials are also available for delivery on our flatbed truck. These skidded products are unloaded curbside by our Moffat machine and typically placed on the driveway. If required, our drivers may drive over sidewalks or lawns, but do so at the customer’s risk. 6. If you have an open bed truck or trailer, we will gladly load material in bulk with our skid steer. For small jobs that require materials picked up a car, or for those who want to avoid the “mess “of loose materials, we have products packaged in our Adams Easy Bags which are easily loaded by hand into any vehicle size. Check the Our Products link to see which of our materials are available in bags. All of our hard cape materials are also available to be picked up any way you choose. However, these products are generally quite heavy and sometimes very large, so delivery is an economical option. Adams Easy Bags A convenient and mess free way of purchasing our quality soil, mulches, decorative stones and gravels. Our Gro-Max and Gro-Turf formulated soils are available in 1.5 cubic foot bags (18 bags/cubic yard) for pick up, or delivery options are available. Our mulches are packaged in 3 cubic foot bags (9 bags/cubic yard) for pick up, or delivery. Our soil and mulch Adams Easy Bags have a $0.20 refundable bag deposit included in price. Reduce, reuse, recycle by returning your bags to us. Gravels and decorative stones are available in 50 lb bags. Bulk Bags Upon request, we can bag our bulk materials in 1 cubic yard bulk bags. While these bags are quite heavy, they are available for pickup in flat bed trucks or trailers.
