Outside Wire Rearrangement Purpose • To provide customers with an understanding of their responsibility for ordering the rearrangement of outside wiring for their end user • To provide customers with the methods and procedures for ordering the rearrangement of outside wiring • CCP defect 1822 requiring the RMKS field populated on LSR with desired Non-Basic wiring USOC and/or Rearrange Outside Wiring USOC as appropriate • Carrier Notification SN91084071 describing the update to Local Ordering Handbook (LOH) Version 13.0e for TCIF 9 Release 13.0 • Update to the BellSouth Local Ordering Handbook (LOH) Version 13.e for Telecommunications Industry Forum 9 (TCIF 9) Release 13.0 • Update to the Start-up Guide for CLECs
General Information Wiring Non-Basic • Reqtyps A,E, M,P: Non-Basic Wire • Non-Basic Inside Wire includes telecommunications wire and associated material, and stations wire or cable located on the customer side of the Network Interface/Demarcation (NID) point. Outside wire includes drop wires, protector, and/or NID point location before the customer side of the Network Interface. • CLECs are responsible for providing wiring for their End User.
