AB86, Section 76, ARTICLE 3 “Nuts and Bolts” • 70 Consortia representing K-12 Districts and Community College Adult School programs • Regional Consortia based on Community College District Boundaries • Purpose: Develop plans to assess Adult Education needs and address gaps. • New model for providing Adult Education in California
