station 2: jenga • -You will play the game of Jenga but with one added step: before you can place your chosen wooden piece back on the tower, they must answer the question that corresponds to the number on your piece. You must say the number in Spanish and read the question before providing your answer.-Students are encouraged to work out the answer with their group if they are not sure and to only use the answer key to check their answers.Students can then keep the list of questions and answers to study for the test.
station 3: leer • ReadtheRealia in front of you and look forcognates. Howmanydidyoufind? And whichones are those? Writethemdown.
station 4: escuchar • WATCH AND SING HERE -- HAVE FUN WHILE SINGING. HOW MANY TIMES DID IT TAKE YOU TO GET THE BEAT?
station 5: escribirCONCENTRATION GAME • Eachgroupwillmake 15 Flashcardswiththe new vocabulary (Greetings, cognates, etc) and thematchingtranslationonanother 15 cards. Shufflethecardswell and thenturnthemover and numberthemfrom 1 to 30 onthe back. Gooverthepairsbeforethegamebegins to be sureeverybodyknowswhatthe 15 pairs are. • Thisgamerequiresyou to rememberthelocation of thecards and to makepairs.
