Jurisdiction Survey Results 57 Jurisdictions Responded to the Survey
Test Jurisdictions • Minnesota Review was held on July 12-14, 2006. • Wyoming Review was held on May 16-18, 2007
Survey says……. Advantages reported by MN and WY • Staff time efficiency, combined review was 3 day on site time commitment • Minimal additional prep time for combined, prep time less than separate reviews • Stress, over in 3 days rather than two separate occasions! • Reviewed same audit files • Combined pre and post review conferences
Team Survey Results/Comments • Overall positive experience • IFTA and IRP administrative reviews remain separate. • Audit review more efficient with the changes made to the worksheets following the Minnesota review. • It was recommended that the team do Review cross training on the IFTA and IRP Administrative side while in Oregon
Future Issues for Memberships… 4 Year Review Cycle v. 5 Year Review Cycle Regional Reviews v. Implementation Year Review Rotation Combined Review v. Separate Reviews at the same time
Next steps… Oregon Review has been scheduled for September 18-20, 2007 Oregon is the last approved combined review jurisdiction. All findings and recommendations will be made to both the IFTA, Inc. and IRP, Inc. boards for their January 2008 meetings.
