Strand 1 activities and outputs • Examine how Member States apply state aid exemption rules in relation to SE and the problems/ questions raised • Formulate recommendations to the Commission and the Member States • Analyse regulations on social services of general interest and its application to social economy
Strand 2 activities and outputs • Desk research and questionnaire for the project partners • Consultation of relevant stakeholders • Preparation of a tool for measuring social added value • Experimentation and testing of the tool • Final version of the tool • Report with the comments from testing phase in Lombardy and recommendations for ESF MAs and other level stakeholders
