  3. He made the most beautiful jewelry for women, and splendid weapons for men

  4.    Unlike the rest of his siblings, Hephaestus was the ugliest.  He was lame at birth, and in some stories his face was deformed or he had a clubfoot, this caused him to be cast out of Mount Olympus. 

  5. Some of Hephaestus's special abilities are to withstand any heat and not be burned by it. Also being a skillful blacksmith allowed him to have the to construct anything for the other gods in his forges. 

  6. Hera and Zeus were Hephaestus's parents
