  1. PumpkinCheesecake As decadent as cheesecake is, it's one of the easiest baked desserts to prepare. No sifting, no kneading, no separate mixing bowls - just beat all ingredients together and bake until done.

  2. Ingredients: • One 9-inch pie shell6 ounces cream cheese, softened2 eggs1 ½ cups sugar¾ cup pureed cooked pumpkin¼ cup flour½ teaspoon nutmeg½ teaspoon cinnamon

  3. Directions: • Preheat oven to 350°F. • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar together until smooth. Add pumpkin and stir until combined. Stir in flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
