  2. Information Technology ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH • Set up data center of The World Center • Set updata center of N’orch Building • Set up data center of Danang Office • Develop the BCS (Business Core System)

  3. Information Technology Set up data center ofThe World Center • Lock USB port of every PC for preventing virus. • Network telephone settings: From Taiwan (dial 929) and N’orch (dial 683)we can call to The World Center directly.

  4. Information Technology Set up data center ofThe World Center (Cont.) • Set up backup Network line for The World Center. • Set up the quality of Network telephone (QoS). • Data center build and relocation: IBM Vietnamprovide us the quotation (include DC build , relocation, and Gen set).

  5. Information Technology Set up data center of N’orch Building • Set up and test the network cable for the training department in N’orch Building. • We store TSMbackup tapes to safe box in data center of The World Center from 3/2/2009. • Get the quotation of Windows Server MA. • Get the agreement of Control-MMA for the 2ed, 3rd and 4th year. • Get the quotation of IBM Middleware MA.

  6. Information Technology Set up data center of N’orch building (Cont.) • IBM VNdoes routine maintenance for our IBM R6 system in 02/2009. • Improve the air conditioner of data center in N’orch Building : Install the voltage stabilizer.

Information Technology Set up data center of Danang Office • We have already installed PCsand printer in the temporary office. • Every equipment for Danang are in Vietnam except the PBX system, and the supplier can install these equipments anytime. • The PBX supplier will provide the temporary system for us, so the opening will be going smoothly.

  8. Information Technology Develop the BCS (Business Core System) • Install the new PIT rule for salary of agency and staff. • Install the function which can download the detail list of working month contract automatically. • Install the uploading of voucher producingand make the user guide. • Install the eScan system in The World Center. • Arrange the training schedule for AP new comer.

  9. Information Technology PLANING PROJECT FOR NEXT MONTH • Maintain BCS and B2E system. • Continue to check the network quality. • Improve the air condition of data center in N’orch Building : Change the new voltage stabilizer. • Continue to set up the system of Danang Building.
