TheApplicationofILCManagementModelinSoftware Engineering Xu Liang China University of Mining & Technology (Beijing) Beijing 100038 Abstract The thesis analyzes the critical issues in the lifecycle of the Software Engineering project. The issues belong to all stages of the lifecycle. All conclusion of above are based on the Software Engineering methods and Project Management theories, and link with the author’s experiences of software development. The thesis build up a new management model of software project — ILC model Integrated Life Circle. The model describes the methods of management, which concern the practicability evaluation, demand survey, requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, project schedule and control, team organization and communication, and risk management etc. All the study is valuable for Software Project Managing in China, both theoretically and practically.
