  6. Some fractions are: • Halves - (½) • Quarters - (¼) - picture • Eighths – (1/8)

  7. What is a half of something? • I made a pizza for two people. • Who can tell me what fraction of the pizza each person will get?

  8. Answer • Each person will have half of the pizza • Or • 2 Equal parts
