The Holocaust By will cook
Picture carved into a wall showing the tragedy of the war In this picture it could describe how the Jewish resistance fought for the safety of the own people and i also represents the slaughter of people who thought it was wrong for what was happening to innocent people.
Circular stone memorial with a courtyard full of artwork describing the happening of the war. In this picture there is a big circular object this object is a memorial for the slaughter at Auschwitz and the surrounding looks like it used to be a courtyard where prisoners were kept and even killed. The big stone slabs with markings on the sides are images of what happened here.
This stone carving shows the victims of le shoah be executed at gun point it looks like it is a woman in the carving facing a firing line. This picture would be used to remember the victims by showing how they were executed because of who they were and that it wasn't just men or women that it was children as well
In this picture it shows us how the holocaust became the most hated thing in the history of many kind. And how we learned about it. Pictures teach us about how the holocaust affected millions and how it will be forever remembered as a tragedy in the human kind history. And all because one man thought that another way of life was inferior and that he wanted to be superior.
Other memorials are placed around the world to remember the Jewish people who were murdered in world war 2. recently German and Jewish leaders have opened an new vast memorial that has 2700 concrete slabs and is placed near the Brandenburg gates. Is memorial was built to remember the victims after 60 years after the event.
In America they have built a holocaust memorial museum so that people can go in a remember the people who were murdered and learn more about the holocaust itself In Auschwitz-Birkenau a memorial has been built to remember the former Death Camp built by Nazi Germany on the territory of Poland, Upper Silesia which became the centre of mass killing during the Holocaust.
Creating a memorial of your own If I was to do a memorial I would make a big monument with a archway going through it and inside I would have loads of photographs of the victims and around the base I would have big concrete slab with peoples names engraved in it .
FridaJakubowicz In the war and was taken by the German army she wasn't killed but there on she tells the horrible story through patch work quilts. This is her personal way of helping her tell people about her experience in the war because she was traumatized so this was her only way of telling her story. Other holocaust survivors have other way of telling what had happened to them such as Frida
