Service FOA1 Trial Update • Summary • 1G IBH, ISH, APH Launched on 30/01/08 • Service First Office Application Testing continuing post launch • Good progress on fixing faults found during Trouble to Resolve testing • Bills produced and checked for correct connection and rental charges • Next OSS release weekend 12/13 April 2008 – additional functionality and fault fixes • Portal • Not considered fit for purpose yet • Fixes to major issues expected in next OSS release • Meanwhile customer orders are welcome by Customer Requirements Form (CRF) or by phone
