Coaches / Volunteers must… • Visit the Special Olympics website. • Complete and submit the Class A Volunteer Application. • Fax or email the completed form to your AREA 13 office. • View General Orientation slideshow and submit its quiz. • View Protective Behaviors slideshow and submit its quiz. *Adults: Pass SOTX criminal background check. *Minors: Complete and submit the Minor Reference Form in addition to the Class A Volunteer Application. *Ages 14 and younger are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent volunteer.
