  9. Services for Children • Over 309,000 children served • More than 116,000 sheltered • More than 1.6 Million attended youth targeted domestic violence community education events

  10. FPVSA Discretionary Grants Discretionary grants permit the federal government, according to specific authorizing legislation, to exercise judgment, or "discretion," in selecting the applicant/recipient organization, through a competitive grant process.
