Goal #1 WHO: I will WHAT:work out every day WHERE: at the dorms around 7-7:20 HOW: using my body to get the WHY: minimum workout of 45 min a week to have stamina, be fit and release tension in my body. (p.83 from health book)
Goal #2 Who:I will What:eat two fruits a day at Where:breakfast, lunch & dinner each How: by picking the fruit I like best Why: to help prevent from getting any type of heart disease. (p.7 from health book)
