  3. Adil Baguirov communicates with people around him, he collaborates with his team to give the best results. He seeks and shares information with students and teachers.

  4. Adil Baguirov started serving at Dayton Public Schools in 2013. He was a committee member of the City of Learners organization in Dayton for a year beginning in 2014.

  5. He worked as the Dayton Public Schools Technology Steering Committee from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, he was elected as the president, owing to the success he achieved.

  6. He managed to increase cash reserves and aiding the budget, bettering transportation and served the district’s students, parents, teachers, and staff.

  7. Adil Baguirov is also associated with the Ohio Senate Education Committee. He also penned many meaningful pieces.

  8. On the education front, Adil Baguirov earned his undergraduate degree in international relations and business administration from the University of Southern California and the Ph.D. degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
