  3. AREA 4: CONTEMPORARY CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PRACTICE AIM OF AREA • Multidisciplinary exchange between the cultural and artistic expressions in the countries of participating partners. Raising the current cultural and artistic experience in the field of creativity and skills (visual arts, performing arts, architecture, literature). Removing barriers between professionals and amateurs, creating a network among the initiators of the project and its participants. • The deepening of the single European identity of countries affected by Cyril and Methodius mission through scientific research in the field of contemporary art and architecture. • Using ideas of SaintsCyril and Methodius for the demonstration of shared cultural values of several European cultures.

Preparation and implementation of the residency program for artists and literary creator of Central and Eastern Europe with a joint exhibition at the conclusion of the presentation. 2. Preparation and implementation of the research project and subsequent mapping of the exhibition with the publication of contemporary religious architecture and interiors in Central and Southeastern Europe.

  6. AREA 4: CONTEMPORARY CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PRACTICE outcomes Description 1. Artists' residencies in Zlín and Velehrad. Joint exhibition of works created in Zlin, and other presentations at other places. 2. The exhibition and accompanying publication mapping contemporary sacral architecture and interiors in Central and Southeastern Europe.

AREA 4: CONTEMPORARY CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PRACTICE partnership Cooperation with partners will take place especially at the level of spreading information about call and selection of artists in the first case, in the latter case at the level of cooperation in the search for relevant implementations and information about them. We rely on cooperation with art galleries and museums and professional organizations of architects and non-profit organizations in the field of culture mainly from the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Greece.
