Protection of Government Investment 7. Efficient and Competitive Delivery of Community Housing 8. Development Projects

  5. Registration • 235 registered community housing providers • Class 4 = 190

Compliance Framework Interim Compliance Framework Compliance Promotion Compliance Monitoring Compliance Assessment Every 2 years for Class 4 Unless trigger for an earlier assessment Compliance Action Observations & Recommendations Notice of Non-Compliance Special Adviser Notice of Intent to Cancel Registration Notice of Cancellation of Registration and co-ordination with HNSW
