  2. description • In Million Dollar Throw by Mike Lupica, the main character is 12 year old Nate Brodie. Nate purchased a Tom Brady signed football for $500 at a sports shop called Sports Stuff. As it turns out Sports Stuff is sponsoring a million dollar throw and you can enter a raffle to be in it if you make a purchase of $500 or more. Nate won the raffle and is going to try and make the throw for 1 million dollars!

  4. problem • The problem in the million dollar throw is that nates best friend,Abby, is going blind and Nate’s parents are both working double shifts andNate is the star quarterback, and over all player, on his football team and when he starts to play bad he is benched.

  5. solution • The solution to all of Nate’s hard ships is that sense he won the million dollar throw raffle, he has to practice to make the throw which makes him better on his team and if he makes the million dollar throw he can pay for Abby's surgery.
