  2. Highlights Fully compatible with Sage ERP Accpac 6.0, available on the Accpac portal. Integrates with Project and Job Costing for acquisition. Integrates with Serialized Inventory & Lot Tracking for acquisition and disposal. Enhances the budget management over capitalization. Improves the asset adjustment and disposal functionalities. Enhance the asset maintenance management functionalities. Enhances the functionalities of calculating interest for asset lease billing.

  3. Compatible with Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 Norming Asset Management 6.0 is fully available on the Accpac portal.

  4. Integrates with PJC for Acquisition An acquisition code can be created to link PJC for acquisition entry, once user enter or select an PJC contract for acquisition entry, all closed projects can be converted to an asset in acquisition entry. The project cost is transferred to asset.

  5. Integrates with Serialized Inventory for Acquisition When shipping I/C items for building assets, the serial/lot number can be allocated.

  6. Integrates with Serialized Inventory for Maintenance When shipping I/C items for asset maintenance, the serial/lot number can be allocated.

  7. True Budget Management Norming Asset Management can be set up to require budget code for each asset on acquisition entry. Warning or error message can pop up according to the budget control option when budget is reached for an asset on acquisition entry.

  8. Easy Asset Adjustment One adjustment entry can be used to change multiple points of one asset.

  9. Limits Equipments in Maintenance Order Asset locations can be assigned to maintenance vendor to specify the service area by vendor. When entering a SLA or regular maintenance order, equipment can be limited by the locations assigned to the vendor.

  10. Manages Initial Payment for Lease Contract Initial payment can be included in lease billing schedule for a lease contract.

  11. Billing Options for Lease Contract Billing options can be specified by lease contract to determine how to set up the billing schedule of each leased assets.

  12. Consolidate Lease Contracts on Billing Entry Multiple lease contracts can be included in one billing entry.
