7. WP 2: Breach formation • The Hungarian party is going to contribute: • Investigation and report of dike failures in the past 200 years in the Carpathian basin (statistical datas of breach mechanism, lenght, etc.) • Contribution and expertise on the earlier breaches e.g. Tarpa breaches in 2001.
