Training Update • New Training Available • ASU Advising tracking BPG (on track/ off track) • EPM Basics – online (instructor-led coming soon) • I-9 form class – online • New Manager Self Service BPGs – Additional Pay, Promotion • Approach to Video – Two Venues • YouTube ASU Training Channel • Wide audience • Tolerant of small screen size • Based on top help desk tickets and/or time of year • Blackboard Media Server and HTML Menu • More focused audience • Need larger screen view • Based on common topic (XML publishing, Department Pos Mgr, etc) • CRM Open Houses • For Current CRM agents • Held at all campuses – www.asu.edu/training/hr • Tips, tricks for using CRM effectively and efficiantly • 30 minute presentation, 60 minute Q&A • Work on Website • February – Put in 2008 content, remove OASIS branding • March – May – Move content methodically to techbase wiki • Move content one content page at a time • Put redirect on page for 6 months to tech base page when content is moved. • End of life website in August. Student Administration Milestones • UGA is working hard, using new reverse engineering logic • Starting to tackle electronic transcripts more (Docufide, EDI from Maricopa) • Orientation for Fall 2008 starts on March 10th • GAARP – Graduate Admissions Application ReWrite Project – using new technologies U n I v e r s I t y T e c h n o l o g y O f f I c e , A r I z o n a S t a t e U n I v e r s I t y

  7. Student Administration Milestones - Summer enrollment started • Fall Term activation and Appointments are in progress. Enrollment Starts March 3 • eAdvisor reporting including first round of holds to students • Academic Status Reports – Faculty start Feb 11 • Census was Monday – Data Cleanup has been in earnest • Undergrad Advisor Committees is going well and will be up March 1st.
