30 DAY CHALLENGE ! ! ! MY PRESENTATION ! ! !
My 30 day challenge was to do some sort of exercise everyday.
Some exercises I do are ….. Running. I ran from my house up to Crisperd, down past Taihikird, past the skate park, down by Sandy’s old house, past Cueba’s and back to my house.
Scootering/biking. I love biking round Clarks Beach with my friends, because it’s fun and great exercise.
I LOVE TO DANCE NON STOP. Dancing.
Swimming. When I was born I was born in a birthing pool. So I love swimming so much, whether it’s with my friends, by myself, or squad training. I LOVE SWIMMING.
Circus Practice. I love circus practice at my dads circus, because I get to start on learning new acts. Like………Lyra, Tissue, trapeze and Contortion.
Netball. In netball I play GD and GA.
And……. Stretches/weights/ab work outs. I have been working on my abs and my calf muscles lots at netball training.
My strengths were…….. • Swimming, biking/scootering, netball and dancing.
Because……… • I do squad swimming every Friday for a hour, and I practice in my pool. I have played netball since I was 5 and I do training every Friday. My netball grading starts this Saturday and this Sunday. I am trying out for year 7 reps after grading. • I love to dance so I decided to dance for 30 mins every Monday and Tuesday for 30 days. I go bike riding with my friends Emelia and Ashleigh after most school days and on weekends.
My failures were……. Laziness and friends.
Because………. My friends always asked me to hang out with them after school. Most of the time I just couldn’t be bothered or was just to tired to do some sort of exercise and would rather kick back and relax.
Succession !!!!! I think I succeeded pretty well with my 30 day challenge, but not so well with my diary.
