Story • Michael Cray is a normal, everyday-working man suffering from sleepless nights, due to the depression and trauma from the murder of his brother. When he gets revenge on his brothers kille,r Martin Stone, he psychologically goes down hill as he becomes trapped in his thoughts, with the flashbacks of him getting revenge and murdering someone and with reports showing him in papers as a killer, he goes on the run and hides. However after months of hiding he eventually gets caught and whilst in jail still struggles, ending with Michael letting his thoughts getting the better of him, killing himself with a single bullet.
Act 1 • 0-30 mins • Michael Cray murders Martin stone after finding out he was responsible for the murder of his brother, as he realises his mistakes he becomes trapped in his own mind suffering from sleepless nights and heading into manic depression. He begins to shake, cry and turn insomniac since the murder. And with the constant reminders due to his psychological state he goes crazy. As the papers begin to report him as the killer he doesn’t know what to do so runs away hiding from the police and the general public.
Act 2 • 31-90 mins • Michael goes from hiding in a hotel room, to an abandoned house, to living on the streets whilst trying to survive and hide his identity at the same time. As the police begin to draw nearer on his whereabouts he becomes unstable and breaks down, knowing that at any day could be his last as a free man. After fifteen days of running the police get a tip off from an anonymous source giving away where he is. The police track him down and arrest him.
Act 3 • 91-120 mins • He goes on trial and is convicted of murder and after days and days of trials he begins to get worse in his state. At the end convicted of first degree murder and sent to prison for 16 years. • 11 years later he is let out on good behaviour and you see how he is coping now which goes back to the beginning in the bathroom, to show it is the present. He is still going mental and can’t cope with it. He takes pills and ends it all by killing himself with the same gun at the start.
