  2. 目標Objective 簡單介紹在國際及區域（包括大中華區）層面上與知識產權有關的組織、工作小組或安排 To briefly introduce IP-related organizations / working groups / arrangement on the international and regional (including Greater China) levels Intellectual Property Department, Hong Kong SAR Government

  3. 基本法︰第152條Basic Law : Article 152 • 對以國家為單位參加的國際組織和國際會議，香港特區政府可派遣代表作為中華人民共和國代表團的成員參加，並以 “中國香港” 的名義發表意見 • Representatives of HKSARG may, as members of delegations of PRC, participate in international organisations or conferences limited to states and may express views using the name “Hong Kong, China” • 香港特區可以 “中國香港” 的名義參加不以國家為單位參加的國際組織和國際會議 • HKSAR may, using the name “Hong Kong, China” participate in international organisations and conferences not limited to states Intellectual Property Department, Hong Kong SAR Government

  10. 與貿易有關的知識產權協定 (1)Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (“TRIPS”) (1) • 於1994年達成協定 Negotiated in 1994 • 為知識產權監管形式定下最低標準 Sets minimum standards for forms of intellectual property regulation • TRIPS 協定指出國家法律必需達到的要求，並列明執行程序、補償及解決糾紛程序 TRIPS contains requirements that nations’ laws must meet and also specifies enforcement procedures, remedies and dispute resolution procedures Intellectual Property Department, Hong Kong SAR Government

  17. 泛珠三角區域知識產權合作 (1) Pan-PRD IP Co-operation (1) 泛珠三角區域知識產權合作協議 Pan-PRD Intellectual Property Cooperation Agreement • 2005年7月在成都簽署 Signed in Chengdu in July 2005 • 由九個省(區)以及香港、澳門特別行政區的政府知識產權保護和管理部門簽署 Signed by the administrative authorities of nine provinces/regions in the Mainland, Macao SAR Government and Hong Kong SAR Government • 目的為加強區域合作，促進泛珠三角區域經濟共同發展 Aims at strengthening regional cooperation in order to boost the joint economic development of the Pan-PRD region Intellectual Property Department, Hong Kong SAR Government
