2. Connie D’Angelo is one of the partners of Edelson Clifford D’Angelo Friedman LLP, and has worked for Michael Edelson since 1991. She received her Bachelor of Social Science, concentration in Criminology, in 1988, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa. She went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa Law School, in 1991, where she also won the award for the highest academic standing in criminal law. Connie has worked on the preparation and defence of homicides, drug offences, drinking and driving offences, motor vehicle fatalities, sexual offences, white collar crime, coroner’s inquests, police officers charged with criminal and disciplinary offences, as well as appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
