2. Good morning and welcome to TAC! Please make a nametag and grab a donut before our meeting begins at 5:55 AM! NEW MEMBER? Please check out our information table to pick up your member folder before we start the meeting! INTERESTED IN JOINING? Applications are available on the information table today!

4. Requirements for the Semester! • 15 Hours of Community Service. Sign up at TAC meetings or you can find events online at www.youth-resources.org • Keep a good attendance record. When you receive 3 UNEXCUSED absences you will be discontinued from the council. • Participate actively in your committee! • Shadow at 3 meetings during your assigned shadowing period (see inside of your TAC folder for details)

5. Sign up for events at the SERVICE table today! You can also sign up for events online with the Youth Resources calendar at www.youth-resources.org Don’t forget – All TAC members must complete 15 hours of community service each semester 11 Hours must come from TAC events 4 Hours can come from any outside events or projects MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SERVICE SHEET WITH YOU AT ALL EVENTS FOR AN ADULT TO SIGN Community Service!!!!!

6. SAVE THE DATE! 2011 BIG MAN ON CAMPUS presented by your Governance Committee FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2011 North High School Auditorium What is BMOC? A high school male pageant fundraiser for TAC! Each high school will have a male representative who will compete for the title of “Big Man on Campus”

7. DEADLINE FOR SENIORS • ALL TAC SENIORS MUST COMPLETE THEIR COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SHADOWING REQUIREMENT BY MONDAY, MAY 2, 2011to attend the annual senior banquet!

8. Senior Slideshow • Seniors- I need baby pictures and senior pictures, if you have them. Please put them in an envelope with your name and put them in my mailbox in TAC • Jordan Niemeier • I also need music and pictures from the year for our slideshow, so please put all music suggestions and pictures in my mailbox or email pictures to owls31092@gmail.com

14. January/February Shadowing! Look inside the front cover of your TAC folder for your shadowing assignment and instructions! Meeting dates for all boards are now available online at www.youth-resources.org Shadowing is a great opportunity to meet our community leaders and learn about what is going on! Have questions about the shadowing process? Talk to Jo Beth or any of your Officers and Chairs today! Remember: Shadowing is a different requirement from community service Don’t forget – Marsha Abell was elected to replace Troy Tornatta with the Vanderburgh County Commissioners!
