  2. About our Language Arts Program The seventh grade Language Arts program has been refined and dedicated to promote literacy among all students. It is also designed to encourage students to become lifelong readers, writers, listeners and speakers. The program integrates reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills which comprises the core of the Maryland Content Standards.

  3. Our Tools: Our tools consist of the newly acquired text, kit, and resources from McDougal Littell entitled The Language of Literature. (Available Online) The kit includes: Resource books Grammar Lessons Critical Thinking Transparencies Spelling and Vocabulary Lessons Daily Language Practice Home/Community Involvement Activities
