Plus/Deltas – April 22 CSC Meeting + Δ • Data-sharing • Acknowledgement of tension between what community wants vs. BOE questions • We are having impassioned and respectful conversations • Not clear why we’re having these conversations – purpose? • FRL representation in conversation and committee • End in sight – When to cut the rope? We need a roadmap. • Original mission vs. ??? • Preservation issues with recordings lost General Comments Captured: • Need to keep neighborhood schools focus • How the schools work with partnerships to address large issues (e.g. poverty)? Can’t do it alone… • Prioritize school community input vs. centralized committee • Choice is broader than charter • Enrollment system should be transparent and uniform • For next set of recommendations, we need to circulate opinions earlier to see if sides could be debated
