Una noche en Agua Buena Yo iba por un callejón Tuve allí un gran encontrón Pues no había luna llena Sentí arrastrar cadena Y de pronto a pereció Al diablo lo vi. yo Arriba de una carreta Me llegó a temblar la jeta Del susto que a mi me dio El diablo a mí me habló Para que hiciéramo un pacto Le dije que no en el acto Pero él siempre insistió Eso no lo hago yo Pero él me dijo que sí Por eso que estoy aquí Pero yo muy asusta’o Me arranqué de su la’o No supe como corrí No te arranquí me decía Porque oro yo te daré En rico te convertiré Te llenaré de alegría Esto muy bien te vendría Porque la plata está escasa El tiempo pasa que pasa Tú lo gozarás en calma Solo me entregas tu alma Cuando llegue a mi casa El diablo que me tentaba Yo que seguía corriendo Y este mandinga sonriendo Me acechaba y me acechaba La distancia se acortaba Mucho miedo yo sentí Dije esto no es pa’ mí Las patas se hacían poca Y en esta carrera loca Me llegué hacer pipí VERSO POR LA CARRETA DEL DIABLOCUARTETADEL SUSTO QUE A MI ME DIONO SUPE COMO CORRÍCUANDO LLEGUE A MI CASAME LLEGUÉ HACER PIPÍ
