13 31 • University campus • Locationofnewuniversity campus for the oldest Prague university Charles University in Prague. • The new campus should offer educational, administrative, accommodation and recreational facilities and facilities for an international scientific conferences.
Filharmonyhall 13 31 • Filharmonyhallassymbol of national music heritage.
13 31 • National football stadium Icon representing the football as national sport of Czech Republic. It will serve for important international football matches, selected matches of national football league, a base for the Czech representation and the potential EURO championships in future.
13 31 • City farm • City farm combines more uses viewed as “green”. It offers cultural and recreational possibilities for the community – community garden (growing flowers, vegetables, fruits), place for meetings and farmers markets, working and playing with animals (mainly for children), horse riding. It also offers environmental education programs for organized groups (school children) and individuals. And it uses the organic waste from maintaining public parks as fertilizer (after composting).
13 31 • Car-free + energy efficient neighbourhood • Mixed-use development with prevalent residential function, designed to enables cca. 2000-3000 residents to live without owning a car. It consists of apartment houses, terraced houses and semidetached houses and is based on Vauban car-free model, where streets are free from parking spaces and some parking is available in car park house on the border of the area. The houses should meet the European commission requirements for energy efficiency 2020; which means passive standard.
