  1. 5 Interesting Facts about Limousine Of course, we all know what a Limousine is and how it looks like. Although there many different limousine cars are available but they all certainly convey luxury lifestyle and class. Typically to say, it is quite simple to find details on limousine news, trends and rentals, however, there are few certain facts that are still unknown, so here, in this article, we will reveal those interesting facts.

  2. Fact No 1 • The first Limousine was built in 1902. These were not stretched giants then as they are today and even it had the driver seat outside the main compartment. It was introduced as the first luxury automobile car in the world, back then. All its design and structure were built focusing passenger’s privacy; that was the reason why the driver seat was built outside the main compartment.

  3. Fact No 2 • ‘Limousine’, the name created from a ‘Limousin’ area in France. Back then, that region was best known for its traditional outfit which was used for the guard from the harsh weather, which was closely resembled with the concept of the Limousine car for which it was simply called limousine.

  4. Fact No 3 • The first stretched giants limousine was built in 1928. It was one of its kind and was one of the bestselling cars of that time. It was built in Arkansas and Fort Smith, by an Armbruster Company.

  5. Fact No 4 • A contemporary air conditioning was first built by a New York based company in 1939 for limousines and luxury automobiles. It was the first car that had a conditioning system installed. The purpose of such installation was pretty clear to avoid serious heat and dehydration.

  6. Fact No 5 • According to Guinness Book Record, the longest limousine car ever made was hundred feet long. I was manufactured in California in 1997. It had 26 wheels and had two driver cabins (one is at the front end and other is at the back).
