  3. Google Authorship has dead • Launch Date - 28 august, 2014 • Update- Google has stopped considering “Markups” • Google’s approaches to permit the author of content to discriminate its identity for display purpose, was Google Authorship.

  4. Pigeon Update • Launch Date - 24 July, 2014  • Google roll out “pigeon algorithm” to provide more accurate, relevant, and useful search results. • 23% search results has affected

  5. Authorship Photo results dead • Launch date - 28 august, 2014 • From the Past few years Google was considering rel= “author” mark-ups for better search results, but now Google has stopped tracking search results from authorship mark-ups.

  6. Payday Lone 2.0 • Launch date -16 may, 2014 • PaydayLone2.0 released to target spammy enquiries which do not obey the panda and penguin updates 

  7. Payday Lone 3.0 • Launch date - 12 June, 2014 • Payday Lone 3.0   aimed to hit most spammy websites, 3% search results affected.

  8. Panda 4.0 Algorithm • Launch date - 19 may, 2014 • 80% search results effected • E-bay, i-newswire, PR log lost 90% search results • Panda 4.0 Algorithm  design to filter poor content websites from search results and boost rich content sites to search results. • It also target scraper sites from the search engines

  9. Page layout algorithm • 6 Feb, 2014 • Penalized websites contain too much advertisement and do not follow Google add guidelines.  Two German websites had penalized.
