Tuition-Free Community College Classes Career and College Promise - Dual Enrollment Courses at Wake Tech - (Juniors and Seniors) Career and College Promise, or CCP, allows eligible high school students to take college courses at Wake Tech. It’s sometimes referred to as dual enrollment. These courses can be transferred to any 4 year college in the state! In order to participate in CCP at Wake Tech, the first step is for the student and a parent/guardian to attend a mandatory information session at Wake Tech the semester before they plan on taking courses. Without attending this information session, the student will not be able to participate in the program. University Transfer pathway at Wake Tech Wake Tech’s College/University Transfer programs are designed for students who wish to earn an associate’s degree and transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree.
