Sample Partnership Programs College of Graduate and Professional Studies Dahlgren Education and Research Center UMW is developing a high-technology, research-oriented, multi-purpose education center to serve active military personnel and their families, defense contractors, and the community in Dahlgren, Virginia. The Center will offer professional and graduate degrees delivered by UMW and its institutional partners: Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth University; George Mason University; University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, Rappahannock Community College, Germanna Community College and the Naval Postgraduate School.
