  4. Organizational Setup Select – Values Tab Custom Fields – drop down to select desired information, such as Company Cost Center, Budgetary Unit, Category These are the table values.

  11. Accounting Codes Add split

  12. Accounting Info • All BU #/CCC/Category combinations loaded from TEST • Active – Inactive dates • If CCC inactive – SQ didn’t load • Only MAINT categories • DAC – the integration should populate the categories for each CCC based upon what the DAC has

  13. Accounting Splits • User will not be restricted when entering CCC/category combinations • When the PR is created – an SQ workflow will “validate” the correct number of CCC/category combinations allowed • Max of 10 CCC • Max of 5 different categories for a CCC
