4. As a turnkey contractor, SBR has established all demanded engineering departments in the company to provide services for all components of a project, keeping in mind to hold its values. Therefore, it includes several departments such as Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical engineering as well as Instrumentation, Automation, Procurement, Construction and Inspections, Processing, R&D and Technology departments. Especially Project Planning and Project Management departments control all projects from the beginning and prepare time schedules and financial reports along with QA services to assure the quality of working on projects. SBR also benefits from several tools and up to date software packages to guarantee the quality of engineering activities. 22. Lime and dolomite are basic raw materials that are vital in steel, building and chemical industries as well as in agriculture and flue gas purification. They have made an essential contribution to many of the achievements of our modern world. As a long lasting cooperation with Maerz Co., whose name is world-wide for innovative, energy optimizing and environmentally compatible solutions for lime industry, SBR approved by high technology for the first time in Iran and it could support clients with technical and professional designing methods as same as Maerz.

34. Steel is the most commonly used construction material in the world since its invention 100 years ago, so plants for manufacturing steel are major industrial objects. Within a steel making plant, coking coal or coke is used together with iron ore to reduce the oxygen from iron ore and then to produce raw iron, which can be processed further to different types of steel. 41. SBR is proud of having gained ability in Designing & Detailing of Building and Non-Building Steel Structures. SBR designers are highly educated and trained to decipher the complexities of material capabilities, geometric design, and stress factors — both intended and actual — in determining the feasibility of a particular structural design. Using modern structural design software tools, SBR structural engineers collaborate with our steel detailers to develop an economical design to create safe structures with desired aesthetics and function. SBR produce quality drawings translating design documents in to detailed fabrication instructions.

49. Technical inspection and Supervision department in SBR started to work from the beginning of 1995.
