  1. Concept V2.5 • Lesson 14 Objectives: • After completing this lesson, the learner will be able to: • Utilize the special function blocks for configuring analog hardware with special data types for Concept • Use special function blocks to scale analog values into engineering units.

Concept V2.5 • Concept provides a means to easily scale QUANTUM Analog I/O modules • Special data types were created to help with this scaling method • The two data types are ANL_IN and ANL_OUT • Special function blocks representing I/O cards were created using these data types • These function blocks are found in the library named ANA_IO
