Choose File then Print. • Choose your document • converter (Adobe PDF printer or • Universal Document Converter). • If you're using Adobe PDF printer, • you can just click OK, specify the • filename and location for your PDF file, • then Save it. E-mailing your résumé to an employer… what goes into the message area. • A few paragraphs should accompany the attached résumé • They should include the position you applied for, the fact that you attached a résumé, you are eager to meet with them to discuss the résumé, your contact information, and a signature (DON’T FORGET TO ATTACH YOUR résumé!) E-mailing your résumé to an employer… how to attach your résumé. • For most e-mail accounts the process is pretty simple… • Click on the “attach” button within your new message to be sent… • Find the document that you saved as a PDF File…it should include your first and last name as well as the word resume… • Double-click on the document to attach it.
