  4. C.O.A.S.T ACTIVITY 2009/10 Activity: new – 529 follow up - 1053 2010/11 YTD Activity: new – 843 follow up – 2,361 Total GP referrals since September 2010 : 130

  6. Partnership with Commissioners • Portsmouth City project to reduce paediatric admissions • 76% admissions zero length of stay (of these 52% less than 4 hours) • One aspect of change in 2010/11 • Multi agency, Multi professional Partnership working • Monitoring and plans for 2011/12
