PGP 2011 • Janeiro a Abril: + Avaliação dos projetos pelo Comitê de Inovação para enquadramento ao Programa PGP. • Janeiro a Junho: + Suporte da Coordenação de Gestão por Processos aos projetos; + Ponto de controle com os líderes de projeto; + Limite de implementação para participação da Mostra Algar de Inovação 2011 – dia 31/julho/2011. • Julho a Outubro: + Ponto de controle interno e preparação para finalização dos projetos que irão para a Mostra Algar de Inovação; + Logística para Mostra Algar de Inovação 2011; + Apresentação final para Comitê de Inovação, diretoria Algar Telecom e Holding; + 4 e 5 de outubro – Mostra Algar de Inovação 2011 na Unialgar.
