Third Generation of Modern Aquariums • In 1984 Marinescape invented the underwater • Sea-tube • Allowed visitors to travel into the aquarium and get a divers eye view of the ocean bottom • Advancement capitalized on by Asian Countries • Creation of new industry in Asia supplying aquariums in Asia, America and Europe • Over 200 million people have visited the 25 Marinescape built aquariums

What is the Giant African Aquariums (GA2) program? • 10 or more 3rd and 4th generation Aquariums geographically dispersed around Africa • Each Aquarium must be correctly sized for local population and have self sustaining operations • Beginning January 1st 2013 Aquariums rolled out in quick succession to create new industry • Each aquarium takes 12-18 months from groundbreaking to grand opening
