Introduction • Waste Benchmarking for January – June 2010 • 12 Companies participated • Number of ‘O’ License vehicles in sample is 4,754 • Results refer to 45% of the total fleet in the sample • This equates to 2,138 vehicles tested • On average 8.6% of tests in period resulted in PRS, initially recorded as failure • Failure rate was 7.4% of all tests in the period
