Not neutral • Empathy for ROT: congestion pricing, kill public transit & smart growth. PRT forestalls. Contrarianism closed minded (as coping strategy) • Empathy for LRN: LRT projects take 5+ years of advocacy, PRT competes. This is a common phenomenon • Scholarship: no peer review, no empirical research • “mixed metaphors” / damn present using unrelated past • Confusion over the PRT concept • Hate it. Read about it.
