Adderall abuse • The consumption of non-prescribed Adderall has become a norm of the typical United States college student. • How common is the abuse of Adderall actually?
Literature Sources • “Adderall abuse on college campuses: A comprehensive literature review” By: Matthew D Varga • “Tweaking and Tweeting: Exploring Twitter for Nonmedical Use of a Psychostimulant Drug (Adderall) Among College Students” By: Carl L. Hanson

Hypothesis • If college students were asked without any prejudices against them, then how many of them would admit to consuming non-prescribed Adderall?
Methods • A large amount of students on several random college campuses are selected in a perfectly random sample and asked to respond to the question • The students would be told that they could answer the question anonymously and without fearing of any consequences.
Methods • The data would be collected and statistically tested to see if the null hypothesis would be rejected or not • If enough college students reply that they have taken non-prescribed Adderall, then the null hypothesis will fail to be rejected.
Limitations • A few limitations of the process are: • College students not telling the truth • The sample is not completely perfectly random • Not a large enough sample size is taken for the survey
Significance • If the the hypothesis is failed to be rejected then it can be said that the consumption of non-prescribed Adderall is a common practice on college campuses around the United States • This would indicate that the abuse of Adderall is perceived to not be immoral to college students
